4. User Tiers and Payments

DrinkSeek offers the following user tiers:

• Guest Users: Limited to generating one cocktail without registration
• Registered Users: Receive 5 inspiration points upon registration, with each cocktail generation consuming one point
• Subscription Users: Pay a monthly fee for enhanced generation capabilities without consuming inspiration points

By purchasing inspiration points or subscribing to our premium tier, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed through our authorized payment processor (Paddle)
• Prices are displayed in your local currency when possible
• Subscription fees will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant DrinkSeek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service
